Usually our Sunday night dinner involves popcorn for Arlon and peanut and butter sandwich for me. I usually cook lunch on Sunday or we eat out but we went to church last night so today we had a late breakfast so I am cooking dinner tonight. It is our healthy meal. Grilled Fish and Chicken, Baked Sweet Potatoes with cinnamon and small amount of Brummel, and fresh Cole Slaw. Very simple meal and very healthy.
Just a few ideas for dinner this week. The fish and chicken are grilled outside with only Creole seasoning on them so super easy.
Have a great week! Leaving for Louisiana later in the week so probably no more post anytime this week. Leftovers tomorrow night and Tuesday night.
