Beverly’s Macaroni & Cheese
1 LB. MACARONI NOODLES
1 STICK BUTTER
½ CUP FLOUR
1 ½ CUPS HALF AND HALF CREAM
1 ½ CUPS (1 %) MILK
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
3/4 LB. VELVEETA, CUBED
12 OZ. (3 CUPS) SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
½ CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON THE BOX, DRAIN. ADD BUTTER AND FLOUR, COOK FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES, DO NOT BROWN. SLOWLY ADD MILK, STIRRING THE WHOLE TIME. COOK TILL THICKEN. YOU CAN ADD A MIXTURE OF WATER AND CORN STARCH MIXTURE IF SAUCE IS NOT THICKEN ENOUGH. ADD CHEESES THEN POUR INTO BAKING DISH THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH VEGETABLE SPRAY.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES.
PUT SMALL AMOUNT OF CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP, PUT BACK IN OVEN TILL CHEESE IS MELTED.

going to make this tonight. But I bought heavy whipping cream…..I have coffee creamer…will that work 😦 lol
